hey there!
welcome to
a blog hop i co-host each week
with the super-mega-fantastic
lisa from shine your light.
this week i'm sharing
crock-pot buffalo chicken sliders
4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle buffalo sauce
{+ more if you want to pour it on top of the finished chicken}
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 package {12 ct} hawaiian sweet rolls, cut in half
6 slices of swiss cheese
1. place the chicken breasts into a crock pot. combine the buffalo sauce & the ranch seasoning & pour over the chicken. cook on high for 6 hours.
2. when the chicken is finished, shred with 2 forks.
3. preheat oven to 375. place the hawaiian rolls on a parchment lined cookie sheet with the cut sides up. {i found this was easy to do if i left the hawaiian rolls in one BIG piece, cut in the center} bake for 7-10 minutes, just to toast the rolls.
4. scoop the chicken on top of the bottom half of the rolls. top with the swiss cheese & place in the oven for a few minutes {until the cheese has melted}.
5. put the tops back on the sliders, slice apart & enjoy!
these sliders would be great for a party
{football food, anyone?}
or just for lunch/dinner like we had them!
so, today {9/24}
is the last day to vote for charli!
we would really appreciate your support!

ReplyDeleteWhat do u mean by u cut the Ross in the center??
ReplyDeleteSorry i meant the rolls
ReplyDeleteSorry! The way I wrote it IS kind of confusing! I just meant that instead of cutting each roll individually, if you leave the Hawaiian Rolls connected in one big piece, you can cut them all at once. Does that make sense?
