mangia mondays 39: naan pizza

hey there, friends!
welcome to another

a blog hop i co-host each week with the super sweet
& awesomely talented
lisa from shine your light!

this week, i'll be sharing:
naan pizza

olive oil
toppings of your choice
{we did marinara, cheese, green chile, & turkey pepperoni}

1. heat grill to medium. lightly brush one side of the naan with olive oil.

2. place oiled side on grill. heat 1-2 minutes or until grilled side is golden brown.

3. remove naan from grill. top grilled side with toppings. return to grill & heat 3-4 minutes, until cheese melts & bottom is golden brown.

we used our foreman grill inside,
but i bet these would be awesome on the outdoor grill in the summer
with fresh basil & mozzarella!

& you can make them mini pizzas, too
& serve them as appetizers!

now it's your turn -

  1. Kristin,
I've missed joining your blog hop over the past few weeks, but glad I'm back! Thanks for hosting, once again.
The naan pizza looks mouthwatering--literally-- as I sit here hungry but needing to go to bed! :)
    Merry Christmas

  2. Hi Kristin. Thanks for hosting another great week. Naan is so fantastic on it's own, with pizza toppings it's unstoppable! I'm sharing a recipe for adult protein brownies. HAve a great week.

  3. Well it appears that my photo didn't come through. Today I bring Lumpy Coal Cookies. This is a versatile cookie made with brownie mix. Thanks for hosting. Have a great week.

  4. That pizza looks delicious! I just now pinned it so that I will definitely remember to try it.

  5. Hi, Kristin. Your naan pizza looks so delicious! I shared a Shrimp Santorini recipe, a Parga beef sliders recipe, and a moist and delicious fruit cake recipe today. Thank you for hosting us again and have a great week!
